Crockpot London Broil

london broil 2

Crockpot London Broil is wonderful for those busy work days. I don’t use my crock pot nearly enough. I love to cook in the Fall but I have my fair share days when I reach for frozen Chicken Nuggets and Mac n’Cheese. I really need to be more organized. New Goal – make for Crock Pot Recipes.

Hooray! for easy Crock Pot recipes.

They really are life savers. The house smells so good and dinner is ready. Stress is almost instantly deflated – It’s fabulous.

  I have one problem – I forget.

Anyone else have this problem?

One thing that has helped me – here’s where the being organized part of life would really help – bring the Crock Pot out the night before. That way you see it in the morning and will remember (hopefully) to start dinner on time.

Enjoy!

  1. This was delicious! I did leave out oregano and basil because I didn’t have any on hand and I added a small can of mushrooms. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

  2. This sounds soo yummy, however it doesn’t say if you needed to spray Pam in the crock pot which i dod, soo I hope it comes out well.🙂

    1. found a substitute recipe for cream of mushroom soup:
      2-3 T butter, 3 T rice flour, 1/2 c beef broth, 1/2 c almond milk

melt the butter (add more if needed) and add the flour. Stir until bubbly. Take off heat and add the broth and almond milk. Put back over medium heat and heat (stirring constantly) until thick. Add to london broil.

You could add mushrooms if you want, but I can’ eat them. This is low fodmap too.

  3. Making it now! I substituted the oregano and basil with nature seasons (didn’t have any basil or oregano) also used a splash of chicken broth.
Hope it comes out as yummy as it looks!
    Thanks!!!

  4. This was a nice recipe! Thank you 🙂 I put 2 cans of mushrooms into the mix as well. I do the same as you – set the crock pot out the night before/morning of so I don’t forget to get the meal going. I think I’m going to turn the leftovers into soup.
