Apple Coleslaw

I can hear my Grandmother right now, “you didn’t chop the cabbage enough.” If fact I was lazy and didn’t chop it at all. Grandma likes her “slaw” chopped very fine. I rarely take the time. This is another easy family favorite from Grandma.

Apple Coleslaw

1 package chopped cabbage
1 apple, diced  (pick your favorite – I like fugi’s)

 Dressing

 1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 – 6 teaspoons sugar
1/4 cup milk

Whisk dressing together and poor over cabbage and apple. Toss well. Serve immediately.
Leftovers are good the next day but I don’t like it any older. Cut recipe if needed.
