Grilled London Broil

This family favorite is welcome at any barbeque or sit down dinner. 
This marinade is just the right combination of sweet and savory making this meat delicious and tender.  
There is never much left over.

2-3 pound London broil or top round roast about 2″ thick
1/2 cup canola oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
6 green onions, finely chopped

Combine all ingredients except meat.  Pour marinade into large re-seal-able plastic bag.  Place meat in bag, remove air and seal.  Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight turning occasionally.  Grill meat on hot grill until medium well done (155 degrees).  Cover with foil and let stand 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
