A fabulous dinner at my house is when everyone polishes their plates. This was one of those dinners. I liked it because not only did it taste wonderful it was so easy.
Oven Fried Potatoes are like candy. You just keep eating them. I make lots and I always say I made too many, because I eat way to much.
Oven Fried Potatoes
5- 6 medium to large Potatoes (cubed, you can peel them if you want)
1/3 cup Canola Oil
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
A few shakes of Red Robin Seasoning (purchased at you local Red Robin)
If you don’t have Red Robin spice:
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Mix oil, spices, and Parmesan cheese in large bowl. Add cubed potatoes. Stir until all potatoes are coated in oil mixture.
Line pan with tin foil. Pour potatoes on pan. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 40-50 min or until tender.
I found a great recipe for pork chops and I was so excited to try it. Well this is not that recipe. When I went to my pantry to find the soy sauce I remembered I had used the last of it the night before.
These chops were placed in the crock pot with only my favorite BBQ sauce and cooked on low for about 6 hours. They were very tasty and sooo easy!
I hope you enjoy!

Thanks for sharing! I love finding new ways to prepare pork chops. Do you put them in the crock pot frozen or thawed?
Looks so delicious! Shared to Easy Recipes, tweeted and fb’d 🙂
Yum! I was in a hurry and precooked the potatoes in the microwave, then crisped them up in the oven. Easy and tasty. Thanks for posting this.
