Our Free pattern for September is this fun Felt Halloween Candle Mat. I love to decorate for Halloween and it is just around the corner. So what better time to get started on those new Halloween décor projects. Felt candle mats work great as a base under your candle burner or as a mug rug. This Felt project is an easy weekend project that the kids can help with.
Supplies
1 Black felt square
1 purple felt square
White and orange felt scrape pieces
Black embroidery floss
Green embroidery floss
Heat and Bond

Instructions
To make this felt Halloween candle mat just follow the instructions printed on the pattern download. Note: if you are not a sewer, use fabric glue to attach the ghosts, pumpkins and the layers in place. Also use a black marker for the stitching.
