This is a family favorite and when it is served
 for dessert there aren’t many leftovers.
It is great, you only dirty one bowl stirring it together.
Almond Poppy Seed Bundt Cake
3 eggs
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp almond extract
3/4 cup oil
1 1/2 cups half and half
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
2 1/2 tbsp poppy seeds
In large bowl mix first six ingredients, add sifted dry ingredients. Blend well. Stir in poppy seeds. Bake at 350º F in a greased and floured bundt pan for 55-60 min.  Let cool 10 minutes and turn onto plate.  Dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
