Grilled Lemon Marinated Steak

Throwing a steak on the grill with some grilling spice is great, but we love what a good marinade does to a good steak. It tenderized it and Oh, what flavor. This recipe for
“Grilled Lemon Marinated Steak”
is a favorite at our house.

1-2 lbs steak, sirloin or chuck
3/4 cup oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp dry mustard
1 tsp black pepper
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped

Place steak(s) in a re-sealable plastic bag. In bowl mix the remaining ingredients and poor over steaks. Seal the bag and refrigerate 6-24 hours. Cook on hot grill.

Every bite juicy and full of flavor.
