I almost always order Fettuccine Alfredo when its on the menu of a restaurant. I love it, but this was the first time I’d ever made it. I was surprised at how easy it is to make.
I’ll be making again for sure.
I usually order chicken or shrimp with my Fettuccine Alfredo, but I saw a picture in the paper and they served sausage with their Fettuccine. It looked so good I had to give it a try. It was a success. My family loved it.
Alfredo Sauce
1 cup half and half
2 tablespoon butter
12 oz. fettuccine
1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
pepper
sausage
(I used 1 pkg of Hillshire Farm sausage)
Brown sausage in large frying pan. While browning, cook fettuccine. Drain noodles and add to sausage. Add half and half, butter and Parmesan cheese. Add pepper to taste. Stir and serve.

Oh this looks so good! Alfredo anything is the #1 choice in our house.
I like your house already.
My husband is the same way — he always orders fettuccine when we’re out. Yours looks very tasty! 🙂
Thanks you, I really should learn to try new things by why mess with a classic.
Love fettuccine alfredo, but never had it with sausage. Definitely gonna have to try it now 😉
Thanks for sharing! Pinning it!
Yum! This looks amazing.
