Garlic Bread is a super easy side dish!
Have you ever noticed that some meals just call for garlic bread?
Pizza
Spaghetti
Stew
Lasagna
Salad
Fettuccine Alfredo
Grilled Chicken
There are so many these are just a few of my favorites. And just like the number of meals garlic bread goes well with, there are that many ways to make it. This is my favorite!
First you need some really good French Bread. When I have the time, I like to make it. Here is the link to our Easy French Bread. If you don’t have time or your not a baker…no problem… just visit your favorite bakery.
Now for The Best Garlic Bread!
Garlic Butter
1/2 cup Butter (room temperature)
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Parsley Flakes
Stir it all together.
Tip: Make sure your butter is really soft. It makes stir so much easier.

This is usually enough for one loaf of French Bread.
Now slice your garlic bread to the thickness you like. Mine is probably are 2/3″.
Butter one side of each slice.
You will need a piece of foil large enough to wrap the loaf in.
Push your loaf back together.
Wrap it up. Place in a 350 degree oven for 15-20 min. or until it is warm through.
Serve warm. Your Garlic Bread will be soft, melt in your mouth good.
Enjoy!

Looks yum. Garlic bread is a favorite with my sons here. When I’m in quick & easy ‘cheat’ mode, I often make mine with just a loaf of white bread, butter, & garlic salt.
That will work! Good idea.
This looks delicious! We love to have “homemade” garlic bread when we’re eating spaghetti, so we’re definitely going to have to give this a try on our next Italian night. Thanks for sharing!
